KINVENT develops connected sensors for physiotherapists, sports physicians and performance staff to measure strength, balance and mobility. Practitioners take these sensors wherever they work: clinics, training grounds, patients' homes and competitions.
The challenge
KINVENT needed a bag that could carry the full sensor set securely and in an organised way, while leaving room for everything else a practitioner brings to a session: physio balls, towels, supplements and a change of clothes.
The brief had three priorities. The bag had to be comfortable to carry, even fully loaded. It had to reflect KINVENT's identity, where sport meets technology. And it had to adapt to the many ways practitioners use the sensors, from a quick home visit to a full day with a team.
The solution
The core of the bag is a custom EVA tray with a dedicated, latched compartment for each sensor. Every device has its own place, so nothing moves in transit and practitioners can see at a glance that the kit is complete.
Around the tray, the backpack provides flexible space for accessories and a separate area for clothing, so one bag covers work and travel. The ergonomic backpack format spreads the load evenly. The KINVENT branding is visible and recognisable, but restrained enough for users to carry the bag anywhere.
Outcome
The K-Backpack has become a product in its own right. Damage and scratches to sensors have dropped sharply thanks to the latched EVA tray, and many users have adopted it as their everyday sports and travel bag. KINVENT has steadily increased its orders: what began as a simple marketing add-on is now part of the company's core offering.
