From design to delivery, ForwardAP guides you through every stage of custom bag development — hands-on expertise, full transparency, and no stock manufacturing, so your field workforce gets exactly what it needs.
1. Brief and device files.
Share your product, drawings or CAD, target price, volumes and compliance needs. We signan NDA first if you need one.
2. Concept and 3D
We propose construction options, cut & sew, thermoformed EVA, rigid or hybrid, with cost implications foreach.
3. Prototype and tooling
We build production-grade samples, usually in two rounds, and quote any tooling(EVA moulds, rubber logos, plastic parts) up front.
4. Validation
Fit, drop and wear tests, material certificates (REACH, RoHS, OEKO-TEX,biocompatibility) and sign-off of a golden sample.
5. Production and quality control
Our on-site team runs in-linechecks and pre-shipment inspection on every batch. Lead time 45 days aftersample approval.
6. Logistics
FOB,DAP or DDP to your warehouse, or storage and call-off for larger runs.
