In-line spot checks
In-line spot check inspections involve random product assessments during various production stages. This proactive approach helps identify defects early, ensuring consistent quality and preventing costly rework.
Full inspection
Full inspection at the end of manufacturing ensures every product meets quality standards. This thorough check identifies defects, verifies specifications, and guarantees only compliant items are shipped.
Specific product testing.
Product testing includes rigorous assessments such as drop tests to ensure durability, UV resistance tests to evaluate exposure to sunlight, accelerated aging tests for long-term performance, and zipper tests for functionality. These tests ensure our products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
Drop Test
Assesses the durability of products by simulating impacts. Generally involves a weight (KG) and a drop height.
UV Resistance Test
Evaluates the product’s ability to withstand sunlight exposure and colour degradation.
Zipper Test
Ensures the durability and functionality of zippers under repeated use.
Waterproof Test
Verifies the product’s ability to resist water penetration (various levels such as IPX4, IPX5 and IPX6)
Abrasion Resistance Test
Measures the product’s durability against wear and tear from friction and repeated use.
