Quality is our goal

Quality and compliance

From REACH, RoHs, to biocompatibility and OEKOtex certifications, we manufacture to your requirements.

Our soft-sided bags and carry cases, featuring cut & sew construction, provides optimal functionality to your product. We use high-quality materials like polyester, nylon, leather, and more to ensure durability and style. We deliver solutions for even the most demanding requirements, meeting all your needs.

Cut & Sew is the most common construction type to create soft goods. It is the process where fabrics are cut from patterns – using laser or die-cut – and stitched together to create the finished product.

This method offers exceptional design flexibility, ensuring cases perfectly fit specific devices, while allowing for reinforcements, rigid structures, and plastic components for added durability. With low MOQs starting in the 100s, it’s scalable to meet millions in production.

For more technical gear we can provide rigid carry cases tailored to client needs. These can be shockproof, waterproof, with embedded electronics, Pantone color matching, and internal foam fittings or thermoformed trays. We ensure your case meets all your specific requirements.

Within this group of products, we can identify 3 main technologies:

To create rigid carry cases, three key technologies are used:

  • Plastic Injection: Melted plastic is injected into molds, producing precise, durable parts with high detail, to the expense of high tooling costs.
  • Rubber/Silicon Molding: Injects material into molds, resulting in a soft, pleasant touch with tools that cost a fraction of plastic injection.
  • Thermoforming: Heats and molds plastic sheets, commonly used for luggage and tool cases, offering lightweight, rigid, and durable structures.

Thermoformed carry case are durable, semi-rigid cases made by moulding EVA foam to a specified shape. These cases provide excellent protection and aesthetic appeal thanks to designs tailored to your brand.

Thermoformed EVA cases offer textile finishes with a sleek, elegant look. They provide controlled shapes tailored to specific design needs, combining rigidity and flexibility. These cases are durable, sharp in appearance, and cost-effective, with low tooling costs compared to other rigid case options.

Leveraging our expertise in soft goods, we provide single components or sub-assemblies made from textiles. We design, develop, and manufacture plastic components laminated with textiles, silicone parts, and other textile assemblies to meet your specific needs.
